Stephens Park Bank Stabilization Project
Stephens Park is a public park located in West Vail in the Intermountain neighborhood. The park is adjacent to Gore Creek and is also a designated off-leash dog park. Heavy use of the stream access has resulted in an eroded bank and damage to vegetation.
The Stream Bank Improvement project proposes to install in-stream boulder weirs, bank grading and stone terraces as well as landscaping improvements to the area.
